As I collected signatures for my nominating petitions I heard from more than one Cleveland Heights resident that pot holes are a major concern. Streets full of potholes are a sign of neglect to people who might want to move in - and to people who are thinking of moving out.

An inner ring suburb cannot afford to have potholes.

Potholes are good for the auto repair and tire industries! They cost us money. The City should be fixing potholes within a week of a report.

To report a pothole for repair call the City Public Works Department at 216-691-7300.
